About Turbolince
Turbolince.com was founded on 27 October 2003. It has always focused on three main areas: sharing routes with downloadable GPS tracks; publishing MTB guides and articles; and, most importantly, reviewing memorable places to ride a mountain bike in the Epic Trails section.
The following audience figures describe the site’s historical profile, including social media figures from 2020; they are not current audience statistics.
In 2020, the Facebook page had 5,900 fans and the Instagram profile had 2,800 followers. Turbolince was also present on YouTube with a new channel, and on Twitter.
Until 2016, Turbolince.com attracted substantial traffic, with peaks of 1,000–1,500 page views per day. Later, strategic choices and a more specialised focus reduced the number of visits, while prioritising time on site, specific and high-quality content, and returning visitors.
The original site profile reported around 300–400 daily page views across the GPS tracks and magazine sections, citing Google Analytics. It described the audience as mountain bikers interested in all-mountain, enduro and freeride riding.
